HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Beautifully appointed, this 6-bedroom Hilton Head home is third row just minutes from the beach! Featuring a large 20x40 pool, this home is perfect for a family get together! Four steps lead to the entry with the main living and dining areas. The living room has wood floors, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, PS3/DVD, stereo, and a door to the pool area. The dining room seats 8 and leads to a the completely renovated spacious kitchen with wood flooring, granite counters, wall mounted flat screen TV, stereo, table for 8, and a door to a screened porch overlooking the pool. There is Wi-Fi throughout.

The first bedroom is a master suite with king bed, HDTV and PS3/DVD, walk-in closet, and a large private bath with a bathtub and separate shower. The next bedroom has 2 twins, TV and DVD, and private bath. 16 steps lead to the second floor with 4 more bedrooms. The first has a king, TV, DVD, walk-in closet, and private bath with garden tub and separate shower. The next two bedrooms both have twin beds, TVs and DVDs with private bathrooms. The final bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, and PS3/DVD, private bath with bathtub and separate shower. This suite also has a door to a private balcony with steps leading to the pool area.

This home offers a sunny pool area with gas grill and plenty of room for lounging. A private beach path to the right of the home leads to the gorgeous beaches of Palmetto Dunes. No detail has been spared in this wonderful Hilton Head Island home. Three minutes from Palmetto Dunes golf!

**Pool heat available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Wonderful family vacation

We came for 2 weeks at the end of June and had a wonderful time. The house met all our needs. We’ve been coming to HHI for 10 years. We loved the beach, pickel ball and tennis. The kids loved riding their bikes to shelter cove to get ice cream and Italian ice at Frostys. They also went tubing, jet skiing and parasailing.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our three families and four grandchildren. The size of the pool was wonderful and we spent many hours there, and appreciated the close proximity of the beach. The kitchen was very we’ll-stocked and the bar area with the drink refrigerator came in very handy. The bathrooms were beautiful! There was plenty of storage space throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a great time.

This home is outstanding!! The pool is large. All six grandkids enjoyed playing there as well as the adults. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Every one enjoyed the waves and sand and sun. The house is huge...plenty of room inside and outside. I give it a 5 star rating. We loved it. Highly recommend.

Our family of 10 enjoyed staying at 56 Mooring Buoy. Not only did the house have a great layout but it provided everything we could possibly require and the ice machine was a plus too! We had plenty of space and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. We loved the short walk to the beach and the access to the beach was right next to the house. We spent a lot of time at the huge pool swimming. We had a great time and stay!
