HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This private cul-de-sac home in Palmetto Dunes is nicely decorated including a steam shower in the master bath, new floors, updated bathrooms, and new appliances!

Eight steps lead to the entrance where you will find a spacious living room, which has been totally renovated with windows overlooking the pool and yard and all new furniture, offers a flat screen TV, DVD, and stereo. Just off this room is a dining room that accommodates up to 8. Next to the dining room is a wonderful Carolina room, which is one of the highlights, featuring wall-to-wall windows, a sleeper sofa, loveseat, wet bar, and a view of the pool.

The pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by several lounge chairs and a gas grill--a perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon of sun!

The kitchen has new floors and appliances.

The master suite has a king bed, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet, and a private bath with steam shower. Two more bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home, both have king beds, TVs, and DVD players. These bedrooms share a newly remodeled bath.

This property is a perfect escape for your next Hilton Head Island vacation!

***Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat. Spa can NOT be heated separately.
