Entering the home you’ll immediately get the coastal vibe of the space. The main living area has a large open plan kitchen, living, and dining space. This room opens to a large covered porch with outdoor dining and living space. This is bound to be the most coveted of spaces during your stay. The porch overlooks a large pool and jacuzzi in your private backyard oasis.

Also on the main level is a cozy den with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private bath with double vanity and a large walk in shower. There is also a full bath in the hall, perfect for coming in from the pool and porch.

On the second level you will find three more bedrooms and a large bonus room with plush couches, a large tv and a wet bar. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed, both with private bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twins with a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

From the main level you’ll walk down to the garage level. Here there is a large rec room with ping pong table, TV, lounge space and more. The perfect retreat for the older kids in your group! This room can also be accessed from outside by the pool area. From the garage there is also an elevator that accesses all levels of the home.

*Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

The most perfect house we have ever stayed in

Overall

This is the most perfect house we have ever stayed in & we have been vacationing here for 31 years now. We downsized this year as our family has grown so much that they each rented their own homes & used ours as the central place to get to the beach. Everyone agreed that this house is decorated to perfection & there is not wasted space. We are planning to rent it again for next year. There are no complaints nor recommendations for improvements as this is 5 star home!!

True Southern Dream!

We had a simply fantastic stay with our family at 6 East Wind! The home is a true southern dream! The attention to detail in the construction of this home made it so welcoming! From book reading on the front porch, football game and golf match on the back deck TV area. Meals off the kitchen at that gorgeous huge table or on the back deck table- it will not be forgotten. Everyone had their own section of the house for sleeping so there was privacy yet so many places to gather as a family! The pool was heavenly and the very short walk to the pristine beach was enjoyed especially with little ones. Palmetto Dunes and the Mooring Buoy area is our absolute favorite! Oh that entrance with the wallpaper of the island and surrounding waterways was so enjoyed by our grandsons, seeing exactly where on the island we were! Can’t say enough about this vacation that we will all remember for a lifetime! We hope to return to 6 East Wind!

Great accommodations along with a very short walk to the beach and the hotel. The house was well maintained and there were no calls for any maintenance while we were there. Spacious rooms that were well appointed along with a very nice pool off the porch in the back of the house. No concerns during the week we visited.

What a fantastic house. Plenty of spaces if you have to work from home for a few days. Front and back porches provide great reading areas. Pool was great and we paid for the spa to be heated. Just a short walk to the beach with beach access adjacent to the house.

6 East Wind is a beautiful and welcoming house. Steps to the beach and lovely pool/yard. Our group of 7 enjoyed mornings and evenings on both the front and back porches. The house is just gorgeous and pool is perfect.
