HILTON HEAD ISLAND. The Barrington community, which encompasses Barrington Arms, Barrington Court and Barrington Park, is close to the bike path that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Great golf also awaits you.

This two bedroom villa is conveniently located just 150 yards from the beach. The unit is completely renovated, new tile throughout; granite counters in the kitchen and baths; new cabinets throughout, with all new furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining are and living room. The dining area seats six. The living room has a new sleeper sofa, oversized chairs, a 56” flat panel TV, and slider to the balcony.

The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD and remodeled private bath with shower and tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV, and a private oversized, remodeled shower. The balcony overlooks the garden and small lagoon with a table and four chairs.

We had a wonderful two weeks at 606 Barrington Park. From the comfortable furnishings to the exquisitely stocked kitchen, the time we spend in this condo was amazing. The owners have done a wonderful job in making their condo feel like a second home.
