HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. Hampton Place, just south of the Omni Hotel, is a oceanfront complex offering, one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas. Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and showers. The open, park-like setting features pools (swimming pool, lap pool and children’s pool), pavilion, spa tub and barbecue area, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Guests at Hampton Place will also have access to a private fitness facility and sundeck.

This beautiful 3-bedroom non-smoking villa has a direct oceanfront view from every room and a large wrap around balcony.

IT IS THE CLOSEST HAMPTON PLACE VILLA TO THE BEACH, ONLY STEPS FROM THE OCEAN!

This end unit is filled with light and decorated with casual country elegance, antiques and original art. The beautiful kitchen features granite countertops and back splashes, stainless steel appliances, as well as travertine floors throughout the living areas and hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms. There is solid wood oak panel cabinetry, a desk, breakfast bar for two, and a table that seats four overlooking the ocean with sliding doors to the balcony.

The dining room, with floor to ceiling windows also overlooks the ocean and is furnished with a table and six chairs. A sliding glass door leads to the large balcony with a dining table for six, four rockers, and two lounge chairs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean just a few feet away!

The living room, also with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, has comfortable seating, flat-screen smart TV, wet bar, and a sliding door to balcony.

BEDROOM 1
The master bedroom has a king bed, HD flat-screen smart TV, sliding glass door to balcony, private bath with a jetted tub and shower.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom also has a king bed, HD flat-screen smart TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower.

BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, HD flat screen smart TV, and a private bath with a shower.

The villa is fully equipped with a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Kitchen equipped with Keurig Coffee Maker.

This was our first time to beautiful Hilton Head and we could not have been more pleased with the island and this lovely condo! The easy access to the beach and to parking was amazing. You can’t get any closer to the beach! This condo was bright, spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished with beautiful touches that gave it such a homey feel. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Many hours were spent on the incredible patios listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean views with plenty of seating for larger groups. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip back!

We have stayed in several units at Hampton Place with Island Getaway, and this one is by far one of the most enjoyable. In addition to it being a well-appointed and well-maintained unit, it’s also spacious and has outdoor patios that wrap around to take advantage of the views. The convenience of being an end unit meant quick access to the beach and your car! It was a great place to stay!

This was our second year in this beautiful condo. It is so spacious. The wrap around porch is amazing. Also the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. We really loved the decor in the unit and how easy it was to get to the beach. Only negative was that elevator was not working at check in time. We were very happy unit was on the first floor!
