The open, park-like setting of Hampton Place features a large heated pool area, a pavilion, a spa tub and barbecue area, an adult lap pool, a children's pool, a gazebo, a boardwalk to the beach, a private fitness facility and elevated sun deck. Convenient bike or walking paths connect to the Omni Hotel and restaurants, as well as many other amenities within Palmetto Dunes including kayak rentals and the renowned Palmetto Dunes tennis center. Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

You will love this fabulous second-floor villa with wonderful views of island living. The kitchen stainless steel GE Profile appliances, lagoon blue quartz countertops, and bright cabinets. There is a counter with barstools for a convenient eating area and the dining area is off the kitchen with an ocean view and a cherry dining table which expands for easy entertaining. The living area is furnished with a new sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress, a matching loveseat with ottomans, comfortable leather swivel window chairs, recliner, a sofa desk, and a 46-inch flat screen HD TV/DVD. There are doors to the oceanfront balcony from the living room.

The master bedroom also has wonderful ocean views, boutique furniture, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a quiet office area. It has a large private bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub with a separate shower. The second master has a new queen bed with a hotel quality mattress as well as a twin bed. It also has a flat-screen TV and a large sliding door to the balcony and a beautiful ocean view. A port-a-crib is also available - just bring crib sheets!

I just realized I’ve never left a review! Since March 2020, we’ve rented this condo for over 10 weeks! It is absolutely fabulous! This is the balcony view. The beach and pools are great! The condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need to cook. It is a great mid-island location near all the great restaurants! This is truly a gem! Our number one choice always to rent!

We enjoyed our stay at 6205 Hampton Place. The condo had everything we needed. We love staying in Palmetto Dunes. Perfect location. We have been renting from Island Getaway for over 30 years and would never trust another agency with our vacation on Hilton Head Island!
