Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, a spa tub and barbecue area, a children's pool, a gazebo and deck, a boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Guests at Hampton Place will also have access to a private fitness facility and sun deck. Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

This is a beautiful oceanfront villa is perfect for your next visit. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, comfortable chair and unbeatable views! You can also find a large flat screen TV. A sliding glass door from this room leads to a great oceanfront balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your visit, including 2 bar chairs for casual dining. The dining room seats 6. |The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub/shower. This is a wonderfully appointed villa - a favorite among Island Getaway guests.

This was actually our first time to Hilton Head. There were 6 of us. We usually spend spring break in Gulf Shores, but wanted to try something different. We LOVED our experience here! This condo is so large and accommodating! The location inside Palmetto Dunes is perfect. The access to amenities and the beach was just what we needed. We plan to return ASAP.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 15 years. Our first stays were in Shipyard and then we came to Hampton Place, staying in another property for 10 years. This year we choose 6303 Hampton Place due to a new management company and were pleased. The condo is comfortable and nice looking. The views of the ocean and pool are beautiful and the balcony is a wonderful setting for anytime of the day. The location of the property is perfect as tennis, golf and pickleball are all within walking distance, as is the beach access. This property is an excellent choice for those visiting Hilton Head Island! Thank you to the owners and Island Getaway for another memorable Hilton Head vacation!
