A dual staircase leads to the second floor of this beautiful home. The main living area, kitchen, dining area, and master plus a powder room are located on the second floor. The main living area features a sleeper sofa, matching sofa, 2 decorative chairs, plenty of seating, and a door to a spacious balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The beautiful living room also has a 50” wall mounted plasma flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen/dining area features 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, all stainless steel, granite countertops, and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is seating at the dining bar for 7 plus a formal dining table for 9. The enormous master suite is furnished with a king bed,32” flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, door to the oceanfront balcony and large walk-in closet. A spiral staircase from the master leads to a private observation loft overlooking the ocean.

Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, plenty of seating, and fabulous oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi.

****Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Overall

Our experience was perfect at this lovely home. We were there with 3 of our children and 6 grandchildren. The home is large, well cared for and very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed in this home and would happily do so again. In addition, the staff at Island Getaway made the whole experience seamless.

Wonderful family reunion

Overall

We had a wonderful family reunion on HHI and 7 Galleon was a perfect house for us. There were 14 of us staying in the house for the week. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. We had plenty of seating for meals and evening games. The upper deck seating worked out great. We were able to have a dinner on the deck(we brought folding tables) using the inside chairs. The view from upstairs gave us a great vantage point to enjoy the ocean. The pool area also provided lots of entertainment for our group. We had a wonderful week staying in 7 Galleon!
