HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Handsome 2, 3, and 4 bedroom two-story villas are attractively decorated and have open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, skylights, decks, and screened porches. Each villa offers a large master suite and a jetted tub, and full kitchen. On- site amenities include private pool, Jacuzzi*, bath house, and children's pool. Located near Arthur Hills golf course, Barrington and Windsor Place oceanfront villas. *Pool and Jacuzzi heated seasonally. Please confirm dates with Island Getaway.

Upon entry you are greeted with a large bright living room with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, additional swivel chairs and a flat screen TV located above the decorative fireplace. The dining area has a large table for six and opens to the newly updated kitchen. The kitchen features a large quartz countertop and bar seating for four. There is a powder room just off the kitchen. Enjoy the view of the Huntington community pool in your own backyard through the spacious screened-in porch.

The main bedroom is on the first floor and offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and view of the neighborhood pool. The private bathroom is fully renovated with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. The first has one twin and one queen bed with a flat screen TV. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second upstairs bedroom features a double bed and twin bed, with a small flat screen TV. The bathroom has a walk in glass shower and double vanity.

A short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool makes this unit ideal for anyone who enjoys time on the island sun! Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.
*Parking is limited to three parking spots. We are not able to order more than three parking passes per reservation. *

We have been coming to HHI for the past 11 years and this was by far our favorite rental! Beautiful home, great quiet location close to the beach. The home was modern spacious and clean. We would definitely rent this townhome again!

We stayed in this unit several years back and loved it then and even more so now. The updates are beautiful, even my teenagers commented on how beautiful everything was. The walk out location to the pool was key for us. We were in the pool twice a day and it was awesome. We have had upper 90 temps and the pool was a great way to escape from it. The layout of the condo is great with parents downstairs and teenagers having their own space upstairs. We had breakfast in everyday and a few meals here and there and I had what I needed to prepare everything. I wish our life schedules would have allowed us to stay two weeks, it was the perfect home away from home. The beds were firm and great, we all slept well and the couches downstairs were great for all of our movie nights. This is a great condo to allow your kids to bring a friend with the two beds each in the upper bedrooms. We will do that next time. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home to vacationers. It’s beautiful.

This house was perfect for our spring trip to HHI. My expectations are very high since I’ve only stayed in my own or family owned units and pleasantly surprised that it met my expectations. Have been vacationing at HHI for 30 years with grandchildren and this was first time with a two year old and a four month old great.

We had a wonderful month at this property. The pool was out the screened in porch and the beach access just down the street! It was very clean and nicely updated. Any issues were taken care of by Island Getaway quickly. Hats off to them for providing a quick response and taking care of anything you needed. We will definitely be back.

Our family with grandchildren have been visiting Palmetto Dunes with the help of Island Getaway almost every year since 2003! The accommodations have always been great! However this year I brought my laptop computer with us, put in a drawer and forgot about it, senior moment, until I got home to Tennessee. I called Island Getaway Sunday and explained my problem to your representative Hannah. She went to work locating my laptop and arranged overnight shipment of it back to me. I received it by Fed X Tuesday afternoon! Please forward my thanks to Hannah for the exceptional service! We look forward to vacationing with the help of Island Getaway at Hilton Head again next summer.
