This bright and cheery Hilton Head beach villa offers beautiful lagoon views from almost every room. Enter to a spacious living area with a sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings, 46” HDTV with upgraded sound bar and Blu-ray player, decorative fireplace, and large floor to ceiling windows. Off the living room is a sunny deck with chairs and BBQ grill. The dining room connects with the living area and seats up to 8. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and 4 counter stools. Off the dining room is a great screened-in porch with a table and chairs with restful views of the lagoon. Two bedrooms are located downstairs- -the master has a king bed, en suite bath with private toilet room, large glass-walled walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. It has a 40” HDTV, Blu-ray player and a private exit to the screened porch. The other bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV with DVD and uses a hall bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a loft with an upgraded sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed and one with two extra-long twin beds. Each has an HDTV, Blu-ray player and its own private bath. All 4 bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses and the four bathrooms have recently been remodeled. This great Hilton Head Island villa is just few minutes walk to the beach. High speed internet is available to guests at no additional fee.

Best Vacation Home We Have Ever Rented!

Overall

7606 Huntington is by far the best vacation home we have ever rented! Beautifully decorated, spotless ad so much room! The kitchen had every utensil you would ever need as well as great appliances. It was an easy walk (or bike ride) to the beach. We met the neighbors & they could have not been nicer. This will be our first choice of rentals when we return. Happy Holidays!

This might be the best rental property we have ever stayed in. This property was beautifully decorated, fully appointed with every gadget you would ever need, extremely clean, convenient location and comfortable bedding. Even the pull out couch was comfortable! The best part is the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautifully decorated condo with plenty of room for a large family. Lots of bathrooms and hot water. Beach access close by and pool even closer. Premium appliances, kitchen has everything, and WiFi was fast. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation here. It was the most comfortable of any of the properties where we’ve stayed in Hilton Head. It was extremely clean and had all the utensils and cookware we needed to make our Thanksgiving feast! It was just a great overall experience and we would love to stay here again.

Wonderful trip to HHI! We loved this 4 bedroom Huntington unit! We had plenty of space for our 3 adult daughters and son-in-law. Everything was convenient by biking and walking. The kitchen was well stocked. The updates were tasteful and the unit was clean and well-kept.
