Just off the kitchen area is where you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom offers two double beds, a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs and ottoman, armoire with flat screen TV, DVD player, and a brand new private bath with stand-up shower. Also located downstairs is the first master suite. Here you will find a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, two matching chairs with ottoman, and a slider to the back deck with amazing ocean views. In this bedroom you will also find a very large private bathroom with granite countertops, double sink, large soaking tub, and a separate large stand-up shower.

Sixteen steps to the second floor is where you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom is where you will find the second master suite with a king bed, cathedral ceilings, decorative fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV with built-in DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. You will also find a large private bathroom with marble throughout, double sink, walk-in closet, large soaking tub, and separate stand up shower. The fourth bedroom offers king bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, wicker chair, private bath with shower, and a wrap-around deck with outstanding ocean views, bistro table with 2 chairs, and separate chairs with ottoman. This deck is also shared with the 5th bedroom, which also offers two twin beds, flat screen TV, DVD player, chair with ottoman, slight ocean views, and a brand new, private bathroom with stand-up shower.

Outside is where all the fun begins! This amazing backyard offers a large kidney shaped pool* that gets a ton of sun! There is also a separate Jacuzzi* along with a Weber gas grill, table with three wicker chairs, bistro table with 4 high top chairs, and several other chairs and lounge chairs perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a sunset dinner outside with a large table and eight chairs or take the ramp leading out from your backyard to the beach and soak up the sun and waves. What could be better?! **Mooring Buoy Redevelopment (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will coordinate waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

The house exceeded our expectations. We loved the location. It was well maintained and clean which was important to us with the toddler. We had ample space for the entire family. The kitchen was amazing.

Beautiful home. Our family loved this home. My biggest favs with a home are the beds, porch, view and of course the pool area. This home had all the bells and whistles we love. I was very grateful for the heated pool and jacuzzi. Walks on the beach were great. I was very happy to have seen a 8 point buck feeding on the property. October is perfect weather. Love this home!

This house was an absolute dream. It’s gorgeous, clean and spacious. It’s a beautiful house to stay at with extended family. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children flew kites on the beach and played Marco Polo in the pool. We had drinks, BBQ time and sunsets. Not only was the house amazing but the tennis center in this community was top notch as well. We highly recommend and are telling all our friends about this wonderful home and location.

Overall

We arrived after dark, and even seeing the house all lit up with lights was exciting!! We knew we were in for a great week!! No complaints about the property. One small issue was resolved immediately with a single phone call! The departure requirements are by far the simplest we’ve ever had staying at a rental Home and was much appreciated!! I would highly recommend Hilton Head for a family getaway, and this property was just icing on the cake!!!
