The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and a private deck.

The second bedroom is located on the second floor and has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom.

The open loft on the second floor has a double sleeper sofa.

Just a two minute walk to the beach and five minutes to golf.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new storm water drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.
