This highly sought after 3BR/3BA, top floor villa is located right between the beach path and the pool! Totally transformed in 2021 w/ a floor to ceiling renovation, not a single surface of this condo is original.

Walking in you are in immediate vacation mode. The light bright colors are just what you need to take away the stress and start relaxing. The fully updated kitchen is a chef's dream with massive counter space, updated appliances and bar seating for four. The dining space seats six comfortably. The bright living room features a full-size couch, loveseat and two comfy recliners, with a large screen smart TV for your movie nights in! This villa features three king suites. The first bedroom is just off the living room and has a king bed, access to the screened in porch and a private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are in a separate wing of the property. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, and will share the hall bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, access to the screened in porch and a private bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Manager's Response

Our home was ready by 11am and we were kindly able to use the condo before normal check in. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was perfect for us.
