Your next island getaway begins here in lovely Palmetto Dunes! This beautifully renovated home is a 3-minute walk to the beach with the beach path located directly opposite the home.

Upon entry to the home, guests will be greeted by a bright and airy living room space with vaulted ceilings and wall to wall windows overlooking the heated* pool. There is a full sized sofa and loveseat as well as two chairs to enjoy the 55” Smart HDTV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room featuring a large table with seating for 8.

Directly next to the dining room through the swinging door is the strikingly designed kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with all stainless appliances, breakfast table, and a coffee bar. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room is a comfortable den which includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and a 50” Smart HDTV. A half bath provides convenience near the living/dining room and kitchen. The deck and pool are accessible from the den, living room, and master bedroom.

The master suite offers a king bed with orthopedic mattress, 39” Smart HDTV, and private deck with access to the pool. The spacious, renovated bath is equipped with a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. You will enjoy the separate vanity/dressing room with large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two queen beds with orthopedic mattresses, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom has 2 twins, TV, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

The relaxing outdoor deck has a patio table and chairs with gas grill. And, for relaxing by the pool, there are five comfortable lounge chairs.

***Pool heat available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat. **Interested in off season long term rentals**

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

We love HHI and have stayed on Mooring Buoy 4 different times. This house was by far our favorite. Perfect location across from the beach path, home is immaculate, everything is in working order, the kitchen is better equipped than my personal home. They really have thought of everything. Beautiful decor, great space set up with ample eating areas, seating etc. Wonderful pool and deck area. We can't wait to stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we could have asked for and the pool was a daily activity. Updated bathrooms and kitchen made the stay enjoyable. Being so close to the beach was a bonus!

We have been coming to HHI for 15 years and have stayed in 4 different houses. 83 Mooring Buoy is by far our favorite! Everything about this house is great. The layout is perfect, the pool is AWESOME, it is close to beach path, the house is beautifully and comfortably furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare light meals. The Island Getaway staff - particularly Jen - are so easy to work with and made our vacation planning so easy. We will definitely be back to this house!
