This sunny, bright, golf villa is located right on the Fazio golf course with views out every window. It is in a quiet end cul-de-sac, steps from 3 clay tennis courts, private Inverness pool, and the beach access being a short mile away.

When you enter this lovely townhome the first thing you will see is the huge golf course views! The entire back wall along the open plan living and dining is glass sliders and window leading to a large deck. The living room has a sofa and love seat and 55’’ flat screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar able to communicate with smart phones, laptops, or tablets. The dining room seats six and is open to the kitchen. The bright kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has all new king furniture, bedding, flatscreen TV, and overlooks the front of the property and shares the hall bath.

Upstairs the main bedroom has all new king furniture, bedding and flatscreen TV with a private bathroom and overlooks the golf course! This home has been fully renovated and is ready to greet you on your next vacation.

One of the most relaxing vacation locations we've had in a while. The location was great, right on the fairway and near the lagoon. Lots of fun counting the golf balls that were hit into the lagoon (we stopped counting at 100!). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean with a great view of the golf course. 1 minute walk to pool and tennis courts. 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
