Welcome to this exquisite six-bedroom, six and a half bathroom home that epitomizes luxury and comfort. Nestled near the prestigious Robert Trent Golf Course and a short walk to the beach, this home offers a lifestyle of sophistication and tranquility.

Just inside the front door is a spacious inviting living room with two large sofas, two recliners, a 77" flat-screen TV. Large windows throughout the home allow natural light to illuminate the space, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The formal dining room accommodates seating for ten, creating an ideal space for hosting elegant dinner parties or holiday gatherings.

The large, spacious kitchen is a chef's dream. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and custom cabinetry, it seamlessly combines functionality with style. The adjacent eat-in kitchen table provides a more casual dining option, perfect for everyday meals or breakfast with a view.

This home boasts six bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Featuring two master suites on different levels, it's the perfect location for a multiple family vacation. There are three bedrooms located on the first floor, one in the middle level and two additional on the top floor.

The FIRST BEDROOM is the downstairs master suite which has a king bed, flat screen TV and a small sitting area. The hall leading to the ensuite houses a beverage fridge for guest convenience. The bathroom features double sinks, plenty of countertop and mirror space, a free standing soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The SECOND BEDROOM has two twin beds and the THIRD BEDROOM has two queen beds. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and views of the surrounding wooded landscape.

The FOURTH BEDROOM is located on the middle level of the house. This second master bedroom features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, offering ample space for daily routines. Unwind and pamper yourself in the indulgent jacuzzi tub or revel in the rejuvenating walk-in shower.

The top floor also features a SECOND LIVING ROOM, creating an expansive retreat for both relaxation and entertainment. The second living room is adorned with a 65" flat-screen TV and two plush sofas. One of the sofas is a sleeper sofa, offering additional flexibility for accommodating guests and ensuring that this room serves as a versatile and inviting enclave. A well-appointed bar sink and a mini-fridge add an element of convenience and luxury to this living space.

The FIFTH BEDROOM has two twin beds and the SIXTH BEDROOM boasts a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The queen bedroom features a private balcony that opens to breathtaking views of the lush landscape at the back of the house.

Step outside to discover a private oasis that includes a sparkling pool, beautiful wicker outdoor furniture, a covered seating area as well as two tables with umbrellas and a gas grill creating the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor entertaining.

The house at 99 Mooring Bouy was just amazing, six bedrooms, 6 1/2 bathrooms. A wonderful balcony like a “Rapunzel let down your hair” room for the oldest granddaughter. A large upstairs loft for the grandboys to get together and play all their favorite games and still be able to join in on the conversations from the first floor. The huge kitchen, so well appointed and large enough for the whole family to be preparing meals together and and not miss any of the conversations. The living room furnishings were so comfortable and accommodated our entire family. A beautiful secluded backyard with a hot tub, pool and ample lounge chairs and sofas couldn’t have been enjoyed more! The proximity to the beach access was a real plus! Being able to look out the upstairs bedroom window and see the pink in the sky knowing that we had time to catch the most beautiful sunrises ever, was a highlight!! The entire house was immaculate. It was so easy working with Island Getaway, they made this the best Christmas ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at 99 Mooring Buoy. Plenty of space, lovely decor, amenities galore; and close proximity to the beach. Our five grandchildren, all age 5 and under, had so much fun in the pool, being biked around, walking to the beach, having fun in their rooms and the famiily rooms. Their parents loved the two master suites and we enjoyed the room that had a roof-top patio. We ate in, grilling on the patio; and carried out twice. We would definitely come back! Thank you to all!

Our entire family loved this house and location. We'll definitely be back!! The beach access is so close and it is not a crowded area of the beach. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this house and working with Island Getaways was fantastic.

This was our first family visit since selling our own house in PD, So we were a little nervous about staying somewhere else. However, it worked really well, both for a group of golfing friends and then, later, our young grandchildren. Lots of running space, great hide and seek spots and ideal for keeping an eye on them in the pool. We will, undoubtedly, return. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were dealt with in hours by Island Getaway.
