HILTON HEAD ISLAND. The beach is just steps away from this charming, newly renovated home. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and 2 upholstered chairs with a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player. On the built-in bookshelves you will find an I-pod docking station to listen to your favorite music while you overlook the pool. Just off the living room is a dining area that seats six. The dining room is open to a bright spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for six. The kitchen leads to a cozy carolina room with sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the main living space.

The first bedroom has two queen beds with a flat screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom features a queen bed with flat screen TV/DVD. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with soaker tub and separate shower. You can access the pool area from this bedroom as well. The pool area features a nice deck for lounging with plenty of seating and a gas grill. Located fourth row in Palmetto Dunes, this Hilton Head Island home is sure to please!

Guests are five minutes from golf!

***Pool heat available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

I cannot say enough about our vacation house and using Island Getaway as our booking company. Everything exceeded my expectations. The property was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic and we were not without anything as soon as we arrived. The booking, transaction, and instructions along with the app were all easy and very informative. Great location with beach access right across the street. Pool was nice to have, house is laid out nicely for everyone to be together. We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. Nicely stocked with all the kitchen amenities. Master suite has a huge shower and tub. Beautiful property.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this house over the Christmas holiday. All the kitchen equipment was in great condition and made it easy to craft wholesome meals. The quiet location and comfortable space made it easy to have a home away from home.
