Location! Location! Location! Perfect spot within walking distance to ocean and small restaurant. Clean well kept beach. Pool area spotless and well maintained with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Condo was very spacious and well supplied. Quiet area and loved staying here. Will be back again!

We’ve stayed here year over year and continually come back to enjoy the close proximity to the beach and pool. As a family with young kids, the ability to come and go from the beach and the pool is huge! The property itself is perfect for a family and grandparents to stay without feeling on top of one another. Everyone had a space to relax, kids were able to play and the open kitchen/living room was perfect for entertaining. If you want a beach vacation this is the place! We would start our mornings walking the beach, grabbing our beach gear and then transitioning to the pool when the kids were ready for a change. The best was being able to walk to the dunes house to hear music and eat great food. Highly recommend.

We stayed at 11 Moorings the first week of October. It was a great location, close to the beach, the Dunes House and pickleball at Palmetto Dunes pickleball center. The unit was clean and stocked with everything needed for a wonderful week. We will definitely stay again!

From start to finish, our experience was top notch. Everything about the unit was exactly as it was listed. For those who want to know how close the beach is to the unit it is .2 miles- very close walk. All of the comforts of home- including a large fan in the primary bedroom for those of a certain age.
