The Barrington community, which encompasses Barrington Arms, Barrington Court and Barrington Park, is close to the bike path that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Great golf also awaits you.

Reserve your week in paradise! This villa truly encompasses the feel of a coastal cottage. See the morning’s sun glisten off the water from every room. Sit back and relax on the new patio furniture while sipping your favorite beverage from the deck as you watch and listen to the waves rolling onto the beach or reach out and literally touch the top of a palm tree.

Beautifully tiled kitchen with granite countertops, black granite double sink and custom cabinets outline this remodeled kitchen. Newly painted, carpeted, decorated, this villa is waiting to be the memorable destination of your upcoming vacation.

This unit offers two bedrooms with their own private bath. The master suite has a king bed and flat screen TV. Private bath newly renovated with extra large shower and multiple state of the art shower heads. The guest suite features a queen bed, twin bed, flat screen TV, and a bathroom with shower and tub.

The living room seating consists of a loveseat, chair and sofa which opens to a queen size mattress. A wall of glass doors leads to a large balcony overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic.

The second floor location is the perfect vantage point for overseeing the beach, swimming pool, and lagoon immediately below. All this and more is waiting for your arrival. When can we expect you?

We had an excellent time. The unit was nicely laid out and the balcony view of the pool and ocean were nice. We couldn't believe the number of shore birds and other animals we saw during our visit. Great unit.
