The views from this lovely three-bedroom three bath, second floor condo are the first thing you will notice when you walk through the doors. Overlooking a peaceful lagoon and golf course, this is the perfect place to spend your next golf getaway or family vacation!

The large kitchen has been nicely updated with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a large laundry area. The bar will seat three. The kitchen overlooks the large living room and dining room. The dining room seat six plus has a fun bar area with seating for two. The living room features a large screen smart TV, cozy section couch and a couple of nice reading chairs. From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a large balcony with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views.

The three bedrooms are in a separate side of the condo. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared hall bath with a standing shower. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, slider to the balcony and a large private bath with double vanity, large soaker tub and a separate walk in shower.

Colonnade Club is an easy bike to Shipyard's private beach access. There is also a lovely community pool.

Beautiful condo, super clean and had everything we needed. Loved that we could take a short walk on the shaded pathway to the beach and that the Sonesta Hotel is right there to get yummy food and drinks with clean bathrooms on the boardwalk to the beach. Will definitely be staying here again!
