Description

HILTON HEAD ISLAND. The Barrington "community," which encompasses Barrington Arms, Barrington Court and Barrington Park, is close to the bike path that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Great golf also awaits you.

Seven steps lead you to the entrance of this first floor near ocean condo. The living room features a sleeper sofa, chair, TV and Blue-Ray player, and a sliding glass door to a great balcony overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen has bar seating for 2 and is open to the living room and dining room. The dining room seats six.

The master bedroom features a king bed, FSTV, and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, shares the hall bath with a shower/tub combo. This is a lovely condo just steps from the beach.

Villa provides XBox One - Don't forget to bring your controllers and games!

*The jacuzzi is currently not available for guests use.

Wow! We had a fantastic stay at 607 Barrington. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we would absolutely consider 607 again. It was a great space for our family of 4 (two adult children). A short walk in the property to the beach entrance (about 3 minutes) and we found our place to be recently updated and the cleaning service left it very clean!! Can’t wait to get back to the warm waters of Hilton Head!

We loved this condo! It was very nicely updated since the listing photos and it really looked great! It had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, clean, had great amenities, easy walk to the beach — we absolutely loved it and would definitely rent here again.
