HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This wonderful third row home in Palmetto Dunes has all the amenities and added touches to make a memorable beach vacation.

The living room has a sectional, two swivel chairs, and decorative fireplace. There is a 60 inch TV, DVD and a slider to the back deck. The bright and open den has a sofa, two chairs and a TV. The lovely kitchen has granite countertops, six bar stools, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen table that seats five. There is also a separate dining room with seating for 10. The cozy Carolina room is all windows and has four chairs with coffee table and a door to the back porch. There is a powder room conveniently located in the hall to bedrooms.

The first bedroom has two full beds, TV and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, writing desk with internet connection and private bath with tub and separate shower with double vanity. There is a slider to the back deck. The fourth bedroom has two queens, a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top, sofa, and TV. There is a private bath with shower/tub combo.

Seventeen steps lead up to the second floor where you will find a small office with a desk. The fifth bedroom has a king, TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo and a large standing shower and double vanity. This bedroom features a large private balcony with three lounge chairs, three regular chairs and umbrella overlooking the pool area.

The back deck has a dining table for six, sitting area with couch, loveseat and rocker, and gas grill; perfect for entertaining. The pool area has eight additional lounge chairs, outdoor shower and access to the beach path.

This fantastic five bedroom home has everything you will need during your visit to Hilton Head!

****Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

****Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

2 Catboat was perfect! The home was spotless and very well appointed upon arrival. Sunny and updated furniture in and out made for a very comfortable stay. The beach walk is just a few steps from the house and very quiet and convenient. We will most definitely return again!

Our family, including our two children and three grandchildren, fit perfectly into your home. We loved the three living areas, large bedrooms, and numerous baths. Pool area was well used and the convenience to the beach worked well (even with one member of the family on a walker). We will definitely consider staying in your lovely home again.
