We are pleased to accept the following payment options for your reservation:
Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m and 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $25 per-hour charge can be administered for late departures. Late arrivals are no problem. After-hours check-ins can be arranged with prior notification. Note, off season office hours may vary.
Rental rates and seasonal discounts vary for each property.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check for the deposit of the rental is required to guarantee your reservation. Checks should be mailed to: Island Getaway, 28 New Orleans Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Please put your reservation number on your check.
Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and can be paid by personal check.
25% of the base rate (before taxes) will be forfeited when cancellation occurs more than 120 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment and charges. Cancellation of long-term reservations (28 days or longer) after receipt of deposit results in loss of total payments and charges, unless the property is able to be rented at the prevailing rate.
