We are pleased to accept the following payment options for your reservation:
Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m and 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $25 per-hour charge can be administered for late departures. Late arrivals are no problem. After-hours check-ins can be arranged with prior notification. Note, off season office hours may vary.
Rental rates and seasonal discounts vary for each property.

When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check for the deposit of the rental is required to guarantee your reservation. Checks should be mailed to: Island Getaway, 28 New Orleans Rd, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Please put your reservation number on your check.
Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and can be paid by personal check.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation more than 60 days for villas, 90 days for near ocean homes and 120 days for oceanfront homes prior to your arrival you will forfeit 10% of the base rate before taxes. Cancellation less than 60 days for villas, 90 days for near ocean homes and 120 days for oceanfront homes prior to arrival will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payment. Cancellation of long term reservations (28 days or longer) after receipt of deposit results in loss of the deposit; cancellation within 30 days of arrival results in loss of total payments and charges.
