To start, enter the spacious great room of this beautiful one-level home with cathedral ceilings and you will look through a wall of glass into the sunroom and amazing views of the lagoon. Truly beautiful!

The great room has a decorative fireplace and wall mounted flat screen TV with CD player. Just off this room is the brand new sunroom, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach….or anytime you want to unwind. There are floor to ceiling windows that overlook the lagoon and pool area. Plenty of seating and a bar area with second fridge.

The kitchen has tile flooring and opens into a large dining room with hardwood floors and TV.

Two master bedrooms each have a king bed, TV and private bath. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two queen beds, TV and private bath. This adds up to sleeping for 8 easily.

One of the queen suites offers wheelchair accessibility, complete with an oversized doorway and an amazing bathroom with a roll-in shower that has a seat and two shower heads. In addition, the closet has pull down bars for easy access to your clothing without a hassle, plus the sink has an overhang to accommodate a wheelchair. (The entrance to the house does not have a ramp and is therefore not wheelchair accessible).

There is a cozy loft with twin high-rise trundle beds that overlook the great room. Can sleep two more.

Outside is a large pool with changing area, outdoor shower, and gas grill. *Please note this pool does not have a shallow end.

Follow the lovely path to the dock on the lagoon for fishing and crabbing, or just vegging out while gazing at the water!

The beach is a 5-10 minute easy walk from this special, handicap friendly home.

Overall

We loved our stay here! The location and layout of the house was perfect! Our kids loved fishing off the pier, swimming and having their own space. The sun room was an ideal place to relax and enjoy our morning coffee or a cocktail at night. We would most certainly consider staying at 10 Sea Lane again!

We really enjoyed our stay at 10 Sea lane. The house was so nice. Our favorite part about the house was sting on the back deck viewing beautiful scenery and wildlife. We will be back again.
