Amazing oceanfront home…..your ideal vacation getaway! This home is perfect for entertaining with eight bedrooms, eight full baths, 1 half bath and large living areas with large flat screen TV's and relaxing sitting areas to enjoy the beachfront life. Featuring spectacular ocean views, large pool, hot tub and outdoor seating with private access to the beach!

Nine steps leads you to the grand entrance of the home. The first floor den greets you with cozy furniture, including a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, TV, and a large slider overlooking the pool and ocean beyond! Upon entering the home immediately to the right is bedroom #1 which has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors to the pool area, and a private bathroom with shower. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a powder room in the hall between these two bedrooms. On the other side of the living room is Bedroom #3 with King bed and ocean views, flat screen TV, access to the hall bathroom with a stall shower, this bathroom also has a washer and dryer. This bedroom also has a door that leads out to the deck/ pool area. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, tv, and a private bath with large shower. Bedroom #3 and #4 area connected by a glass door but have also been blocked by blackout curtains for privacy. To the left of the entrance you will find 7 stairs leading you to bedroom #5. This room has 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV and a private bath with shower. Nineteen steps will lead you to the second level of this beautiful home. On this level you will find bedroom #6 with a king bed, flat screen TV, and a large private bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom #7 is located on this same side of the house, with stunning ocean views, decorative fireplace, and a separate room with a reading chair and desk that overlooks the ocean and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, on this second level you will find the second living room with ocean views, 3 sofas, flat screen TV. Directly behind the living room is a table for 6. Next is the lovely kitchen that overlooks the ocean and has a dining room table with seating for 10. The kitchen has a door that leads out to the upper level patio. The kitchen also has a second washer and dryer and an additional fridge. 5 more steps up will take you to bedroom #8 which has a king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle pull out and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a walk-through closet and a private bath with a shower.

Outdoors you will find the private pool area complete with a spa, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is a spiral staircase that leads you to the 2nd floor balcony which can also be accessed through the inside of the home. On the 2nd floor balcony there is a propane grill and a table for 6. This spectacular home will not disappoint! Only two minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Overall

I never take the time to fill out reviews, but I wanted to for 11 Iron Clad. Everything about this house was well done. There were no negative surprises at all. It was very clean. The furniture was all in very good condition. The views are more spectacular than the photos show. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. A few suggestions to people staying here- bring some extra plastic cups & utensils, rent bikes for the 5 or 7 day rental period- the rides through Palmetto Dunes are wonderful, be sure to turn off rear exterior lights at night (turtle season). THANK YOU to the owners and mgt company- you made our trip just perfect!!

This is a beautiful home. Our family, I should say families-there were 14 of us, truly enjoyed the space. Great décor, two gathering places meant the younger ones had their space too. Minor issues were resolved quickly by Island Getaway staff. Easy process throughout. We're talking about the next vacation already, and making it a repeat this time.
