There are many great spots to kayak out around Hilton Head Island, but those staying at or near Palmetto Dunes definitely need to visit the 11-mile lagoon within the resort. The tranquil lagoon is great for viewing local wildlife while enjoying a gentle kayak cruise across glassy water.
