This stunning townhouse in The Greens has been completely remodeled in a comfortable coastal style! Located in Shipyard, with it's tall pines, rustic oaks, and tropical palms, come enjoy a relaxing stay on Hilton Head. There are plenty of activities to choose from for the whole family!

Upon arrival to this quaint property you will be greeted by a small courtyard, the perfect spot for a quick rinse after the beach or to park your bikes. The front door opens to an open concept living space that flows from the front door to the back porch. The kitchen has plenty of space for extra hands, updated fixtures, appliances and bar seating, the perfect place to entertain. The dining space seats 6+ and is open to the comfortable living space with a sofa and love seat, cozy recliner, large flat screen tv, and easy access to the back porch. The back porch is an ideal location for the end of the day unwind overlooking the golf course or grilling up some dinner on the propane grill.

The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The large master features a king bed, reading chair, tv, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a tv, and an armoire for storage. This room has access to the updated bath with a shower/tub combo in the hall. Directly across the bathrooms upstairs is a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is only a 10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It's also conveniently located near The Greens community pool and across from the Van der Meer tennis courts. Shipyard amenities include championship golf and tennis as well as a premier spa and wellness facilities. Paths winding around the plantation provide trails for bikers and joggers of all ages. Lagoons, wildlife, and island foliage are just a few of the beautiful backgrounds for picturesque settings. Guests can enjoy all the amenities available over the changing seasons.

Beach parking is available at the Shipyard Beach Club and along Barcelona Road.
You may use the Shipyard Beach Shuttle daily from Memorial Day – Labor Day, 9am-5pm, weather permitting from Barcelona Road to the Beach Club for free rides.

What a wonderful place to stay! It was our first time staying in Shipyard and we had a good experience. The pool was quite convenient to the condo and the beach was less than 10 minute walk. As for the condo itself, it was perfect for our family of 4. They decor was beachy and updated and it was supplied with all the necessities for a lovely stay. Thank you for a great stay!

When we got to our condo it was super clean I was highly impressed…The kitchen was amazing with all the basic needs and more…The whole house was super cute and decorated and the showers were amazing!! I love the location too so close to the pool! Thank you so much for everything.
