This bright and roomy house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac, has everything you will need to enjoy your next family adventure on Hilton Head!

The lovely LIVING ROOM greets you as you enter through a two-story foyer. With stylish and comfy furniture, this is the perfect space to spend time hanging out, playing games, or watching a movie.

The DINING ROOM opens directly off of the living room and flows through a sliding glass door to the grill and pool areas. The updated KITCHEN has plenty of room for more than one chef, stainless steel appliances, a large walk-in pantry, a dining nook, access to the GARAGE with a second refrigerator, and plenty of small appliances to make mealtime easier (multicooker, slow cooker, electric griddle, rice cooker, Keurig and drip coffee makers, etc.).

A shining star of this house is a SCREENED-IN PORCH accessed through French doors in the kitchen. The porch has pool and golf course views and is an ideal spot for morning coffee, unwinding in the evening with your favorite beverage, or slipping away for some shade and rest while keeping an eye on those in the pool. With plenty of lounge areas and a TV, this porch will be a popular spot! Down a short hall is a full bath convenient for coming in from the beach or pool. In its own little wing is the home's DEN which overlooks the pool and golf course and opens through a sliding glass door to the pool area. This room is great for a quiet break, reading, or watching your favorite TV show; it also has a writing desk and QUEEN sleeper sofa!

Moving upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The FIRST BEDROOM features a KING bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a large, walk-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a QUEEN bed, TV, sliding door with balcony overlooking the pool and golf course, and a private bath with a shower. The THIRD BEDROOM has a KING bed and a TV. The FOURTH BEDROOM has TWIN beds and a TV. The third and fourth bedrooms face the front of the house and overlook a large front yard of pine trees and palms; they will both use the hall bath featuring a shower/tub combo. The linen closet, washer, and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs hall.

This home's backyard is what vacation dreams are made of! The large, private, lighted rectangular POOL is perfect for pool games, lounging, or laps and the grassy areas provide space for outdoor play. The home is equipped with plenty of floats (for "kids" of all ages), yard games, board games, books, as well as a beach cart and beach chairs!

This vacation home is situated in the heart of Hilton Head Island and on the first hole of Shipyard’s beautiful Galleon golf course. Nearby shopping includes Coligny Plaza and The Village at Wexford. A stroll through Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge, Sea Pines Forest Preserve, and Audubon Newhall Preserve, or a trail ride at Lawton Stables in Sea Pines is perfect for the nature lovers. Golf lovers can enjoy more than 26 championship courses. Kids will love The Sandbox, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and Celebration Park to name a few things. Water adventures include kayaking, jet skiing, dolphin tours, parasailing, standup paddle boarding, and sunset cruises. Enjoy the great outdoors with cycling on 60 miles of bike paths and 100 miles of protected public pathways, not to mention12 miles of hard packed sand, perfect for bike riding. Family friendly and gourmet dining abound. Hilton Head Island has it all! Dual access to Shipyard from Highway #278 and Pope Avenue makes it one of the most convenient neighborhoods on the Island.

Relaxing stay. It was a beautiful home and neighborhood. We enjoyed many days sitting by the pool, enjoying the backyard, and watching golfers. I look forward to a return visit. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and great house. Everything was wonderful: Great location on quiet dead-end street with other attractive homes and right next to the golf course. We enjoyed lounging by the backyard pool and watching the golfers. Beach was an easy bike ride away on dedicated bike paths and the golf club and restaurant only about three blocks from the house. In the evening we could bike directly from the back yard onto the extensive golf club trails. House was attractively decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen and many items for the beach. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Amazing vacation rental. This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was in a great location next to the golf course and close to Shopping at Coligny. The house was clean and neatly organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, utensils, and knives we needed to make family dinner. The pool was clean and maintained. Overall, a great stay!!
